Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has introduced the ‘Ujaalaa Now’ portal to make their ‘Ujaalaa Dhiriulhun’ services digital.
Before, MIB started the ‘Ujaalaa Dhiriulhun’ service, helping people get financing for personal needs like buying goods.
Now, with the ‘Ujaalaa Now’ portal, customers can apply for goods and financing online, and the agreement process is part of the portal too.
MIB says customers can now choose where to pick up their goods. They’ve made all the services available online to make sure people outside Greater Male’ region can access the products too.
The bank also made the whole process of opening a bank account online through their “Apply Now” portal.
The ‘Ujaalaa Dhiriulhun’ service lets customers get a higher credit limit based on their salary or rent. With this, they can buy things like motorcycles, outboard engines, building equipment, and furniture.
MIB also started ‘Ujaalaa Cash’ for quick withdrawals for essential needs.
