The President decides to close government offices for the concluding ten days of Ramadan

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, based on his Cabinet’s suggestion, has chosen to shut down the government for the last ten days of Ramadan. This decision came after talks about a proposal presented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in today’s Cabinet meeting.

The goal of this move is to promote Islamic values, inspire participation in religious activities, and give citizens the opportunity to focus on their religious practices during this important time.

Closing government offices during the last ten days of Ramadan is one of the promises made by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.
