STELCO has launched a leadership enhancement training initiative in collaboration with the Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF) aimed at improving their service to citizens.
Hussein Fahmy, Managing Director of STELCO, expressed his commitment to enhancing service quality and strengthening the skills of the staff since assuming his role under the guidance of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.
Currently, 120 staff members have undergone training, and Fahmy extended gratitude to MNDF for their support. The training sessions were conducted on Girifushi, one of MNDF’s training islands.
Fahmy highlighted the positive impact of the program on service quality, teamwork, and staff discipline. He reiterated the alignment of these efforts with the President’s vision, fostering a spirit of delivering high-quality service to citizens.
Emphasizing the effectiveness of empowered and trained individuals, Fahmy underlined the significance of ongoing development for employees to become valuable contributors.
